Rental Rates $800/week, $2000-2400/month. Partial-week rates negotiable - please email us. Full payment is required to reserve the apartment, and is non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your stay, please email us as early as possible, and if we can rent the apartment during those dates we will refund your full or partial rent.

1 month rental / low season (December through February) - $2000

1 month rental / high season (March through November) - $2400

Security Deposits $300 deposit for short term rental / $2000 deposit for stays of 1 month or more. Deposits are refundable assuming the apartment is left clean and in good order.

Rent:

$150-250/night for extra nights, negotiable.

$100-150 cleaning fee per stay; weekly or bi-weekly cleaning available - please inquire with landlord.

1 month security deposit required for stays longer than 1 month; $300 security deposit for short-term stays.
